How to make use of the Google Search Volume Finder?

Step 1: Adequate Number of Credits

Make sure you have enough credits to run the report. You need 60 credits to run this report.

Step 2: Enter/Upload Your Keywords

Let your report run. This will take a few minutes. Please do not hit "back" or "refresh" your browser. Your reports will appear under the hamburger menu on the left.

Step 3: Access your Report

Select Search Volume Finder Reports from left menu upon login.

Step 4: Download your CSV reports

You will get 4 CSV files as raw output for analysis and visualisation.

The icon will download a master sheet showing:

All keywords and their search volume
For the time-period chosen and
For all States/Union-Territories/Provinces of the selected location (currently this report is only available for USA, Australia, Canada and India).

From here you can choose to visualize the following things:

Total search volume across US states for your target keywords across the time frame chosen (this is also available as a separate CSV report if you use the icon) or
Highest searched keyword among your keywords set by State - You can also click on the report with the icon.
Growth in search volume across US states for your target keywords across the time frame chosen - Click on the icon to see the overall data(from the starting period chosen to the ending period chosen) to view the growth rates for the keywords chosen across each US state.
1. The growth computed is for the time-period you have chosen. We use the first month of this time-period and compare the search volume with the most recent month.
2. Percent growth rates are only computed for the keyword that has the highest search volume in the most current month chosen

We provide the data in excel/CSV but you will have to create a graphic like the one above on your own.

Why is this report useful?
- This report is useful for content creators and those looking to spot regional trends.
- The data shows keyword search volume and growth on a state level for Australia, Canada, India, and the USA. These large countries have states or provinces that are as big as many nations, if not in terms of population, then at least as large as many other nations. Given our English-speaking countries, these are the first few countries that we have built these reports for.
For whom the report is useful for?
- As a content creator or someone who is interested in trends relating to searches on Google and examining data from a regional level, you will find this report handy. We provide all the data in a downloadable CSV.
How much does this report or tool cost?
- Each single report which can contain 10 keywords, if you enter them on this page or upto 50 keywords if you choose to upload them via a CSV will cost you a one time fee of $25. The report you generate will always be available in your online account with us.
Do you only provide the CSV data or will you also generate the graph for me?
- We will provide you with the CSV and provide you with a graph also. There is no option to customize the graph at this time which is why we also provide you with the CSV file so that you can create a custom graph/map by yourself.
